Construction & Procurement Matters

SNLL routinely counsels clients in construction and procurement matters, including drafting procurement solicitations, compliance with applicable laws, and contract drafting. SNLL has unique, heavily revised versions of the AIA contract documents, including architect/engineer agreements, owner-contractor agreements, and Construction Manager At-Risk agreements, as well as has its own contract templates for job order contracts, minor facilities construction projects, and the like.
