General Education Law

The Firm routinely serves as Board counsel and assists with governance, board packet review and preparation, agenda preparation, motion language, certified agendas, open meetings and nepotism issues, and policy development.  On a weekly basis our firm prepares Attorney General opinion requests on public information matters. Our attorneys also routinely handle employee, student/parent, and community member grievances.
