Cumulatively, the Firm’s partners have defended hundreds of employment-related claims against public sector clients, including Chapter 21 nonrenewal and termination hearings, EEOC charges, TWC/unemployment claims, worker’s compensation, and litigation. All partners have considerable experience in state and federal courts in defending civil rights claims, as well as constitutional and statutory claims. The vast majority of these cases are dismissed early in the litigation process as a result of aggressive use of pre-trial motions, saving the client significant costs in defending claims.
