Litigation

The Firm has been approved as litigation counsel by insurance companies for school districts and community colleges including United Educators, TASB Risk Pool, Chubb, Hanover, and Summit Risk.  KǀBǀS attorneys are accepted to practice in the state and federal district courts across the State and to the United States Supreme Court.  Firm attorneys routinely handle litigation matters in practically all areas of government law, including employment, procurement, construction, and vehicle accidents, as well as Title VII and Section 1983 employment litigation, FLSA matters, Whistleblower suits and many other areas of litigation.  The firm regularly sends or responds to demand letters on contractual disputes and other threatened litigation, resulting in concession or pre-suit resolution.
