Real Estate Matters

SNLL has assisted clients in purchasing and selling real estate, using various methods such as sealed bidding, as well as using a real estate broker when allowable.  The Firm has prepared and reviewed various types of real estate contracts, including sales and purchase agreements, leases, broker agreements, easements, facility use agreements, and other real estate documents. From drafting specifications and accepting sealed bids, through drafting or reviewing sale/purchase contracts, to drafting necessary board resolutions and working through issues at closing, the firm’s attorneys have aided client districts through the entire real estate purchase and sale process. We have also guided several districts through annexation procedures, disputes and resolution.
